Refuting with Clear Proofs the Misguidances of
Sohaib Saeed
the "Muslim-Brotherhood's Sect Follower
Introduction:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
و الصلاة و السلام على أشرف الأنبياء و المرسلين: سيدنا و حبيبنا محمد،
أما بعد:
السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركته،
After realising that the brother (brotherhood apply only in Islam, as I will demonstrate later on insha Allah) Sohaib Saeed decided to sting after having his head bury in the sand, concealed amongst the people in Edinburgh, finding himself able without being refuted, he would like to do what he desires... I then decided to expose, with what Allah The Most High facilitated, the different misguidances of the Blind Follower of the "Muslim Brotherhood" sect: Sohaib Saeed. He spokes and writes, pretending that he represents the Muslims in general, and that he shows an Islam "accepted" by the West, by mixing truth with lies and playing the game of the double language. He was deluded by the politics of the West, thinking that if he says what the disbelievers love, they will then accept him, but you have to know that "They satisfy you with their mouths, but their hearts refuse [compliance], and most of them are defiantly disobedient." as Allah The Most High says (meaning of the verse 8 of Surah 9).
This methodology of the "Muslim Brotherhood" sect is the solution for who following his desires is more important than following the Truth.
Allah The Most High says: (translation of the meaning of the verse):
" And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it]." (Surah 2 verse 42)
Moreover, division in Islam is not praised by Allah The Most High, but all those divisions occur because of the sects refusing to leave their innovations and invented ways to let all the Muslims to Unite on the Truth. The Truth is ONE and cannot be numerous. The Prophet Mohammed (salla Allah aleyhi wa sallem) had already warn on this divison, as it was reported in the Hadeeth of ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Amr which was recorded and classed as hasan by al-Tirmidhi (2641):
“My ummah will split into seventy-three sects, all of whom will be in Hell except one
group.” They said: Who are they, O Messenger of Allaah? He said: “(Those who follow)
that which I and my companions follow.”
I will inshaAllah refute Sohaib Saeed, point after point, exposing what he said or wrote, then refuting him inshaAllah, if what he said or wrote opposes the Book of Allah and the Authentic Sunnah of the Prophet Mohammed (salla Allah aleyhi wa sallem) WITH the Understanding of the Righteous Predecessors Salifs Saalih.
This as an advice for him and those who follow his way to let him realise insha Allah the misguidances he fell into and to warn also the other that misguidances begin when you want to use your little brain to give your own interpretation and opinion of the Texts Revealed, leaving the understanding of the Companions who received it directly from the Prophet of Allah (salla Allah aleyhi wa sallam).
Yes dear brother, the Companions understood the Revealed Texts better than you and me nowaday...
If we understand the way of the Prophet Muhammad (salla Allah aleyhi we sallem), following blindly other than the Prophet Muhammad (salla Allah aleyhi we sallem) will be obvious that this is NOT the way of the Companions.
Allah The Most High says:
وَمَنْ يُشَاقِقِ الرَّسُولَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ الْهُدَى وَيَتَّبِعْ غَيْرَ سَبِيلِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ نُوَلِّهِ مَا تَوَلَّى وَنُصْلِهِ جَهَنَّمَ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيرًا
"And whoever opposes the Messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows other than the way of the believers - We will give him what he has taken and drive him into Hell, and evil it is as a destination."
[Surat An Nisa 4 verse 115]
And this verse is a scale for the Muslims to know the Methodology (minhaj) to follow.
Ali (radhee Allah ‘anhu) said that the Prophet (salla Allah aleyhi we sallem) said:
لاتكذبوا علي فإنه من كذب علي يلج النار
« Do not lie on me, because who lies on me let him prepare his place in Hellfire » (Reported by Al Bukhari in Kitab el ‘alm, chapter on the one who lie on the Prophet (salla Allah aleyhi we sallem))
Allah The Most High says:
وَمَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِيهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَحُكْمُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ
"And in anything over which you disagree - its ruling is [to be referred] to Allah . [Say], "That is Allah , my Lord; upon Him I have relied, and to Him I turn back.""
[Surat As Shura: 42 v. 10]
In any case of disagreement that can occur between the muslims, Allah The Most High commanded us from the seven skies to return to His Book (Qur’an) and to the Sunnah of His Last Prophet and Messenger Muhammad (salla Allah aleyhi we sallem). And if Allah The Most High commanded us to do so, it means that the solution to lift that disagreement IS in the Book and the Sunnah of His Last Prophet and Messenger Muhammad (salla Allah aleyhi we sallem).
Allah The Most High says:
فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآَخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا
"O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result."
[Surah An Nissa 4 v. 59]
قوله: { فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ } قال مجاهد وغير واحد من السلف: أي: إلى كتاب الله وسنة رسوله.
The saying of Allah The Most High: “And if you disagree over anything, return it to Allah and his Messenger”, Mujaheed and others from the Salafs (Righteous Predecessors) said: it means return to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger.
Imam Ibn Kathir (rahimuhu Allah) said in his tafseer:
وهذا أمر من الله، عز وجل،
And this is a command from Allah The Most High
بأن كل شيء تنازع الناس فيه من أصول الدين وفروعه أن يرد التنازع في ذلك إلى الكتاب والسنة،
That anything that the people disagree about among the foundation of the religion and its branches, that this disagreement has to be returned to the Book and the Sunnah,
كما قال تعالى: { وَمَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِيهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَحُكْمُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ } [الشورى:10]
As Allah The Most High said: (meaning of translation) “and if you disagreed over anything its judgment belongs to Allah”
[Surat As Shura 42 v.10]
فما حكم به كتاب الله وسنة رسوله وشهدا له بالصحة فهو الحق،
So whoever judged with the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger and that judgement is authentic, then this is the truth,
وماذا بعد الحق إلا الضلال،
And what is after the truth except the misguidance,
ولهذا قال تعالى: { إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ } أي: ردوا
الخصومات والجهالات إلى كتاب الله وسنة رسوله، فتحاكموا إليهما فيما شجر بينكم { إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ }
That is why Allah The Most High said (meaning of translation): “if you believe in Allah and the Last Day” which means return the disagreements and ignorances [to be clarified and to end those disagreements and ignorances] to the Book of Allah and to the Sunnah of His Messenger, so judge with them in what you differ and disagree
فدل على أن من لم يتحاكم في مجال النزاع إلى الكتاب والسنة ولا يرجع إليهما في ذلك، فليس مؤمنا بالله ولا باليوم الآخر.
This is a proof that who does not return to the Book and the Sunnah and does not judge with them, he is not a believer of Allah and of the Last Day.

However, to find, see and understand that solution and proofs, someone has to be sincere in seeking the truth only, that he wants only the truth and not following his desire which leads him to try to find only what can be accepted for his group, sect or madhhab.
As Allah The Most says:
يَا دَاوُودُ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاكَ خَلِيفَةً فِي الْأَرْضِ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعِ الْهَوَى فَيُضِلَّكَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَضِلُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا نَسُوا يَوْمَ الْحِسَابِ
[We said], "O David, indeed We have made you a successor upon the earth, so judge between the people in truth and do not follow [your own] desire, as it will lead you astray from the way of Allah ." Indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment for having forgotten the Day of Account.
[Surat Sad verse 26]
قال حذيفة بن اليمان رضي الله عنه :
كلّ عبادة لم يَتَعبدْ بها أَصْحابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ- صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم-
فلاَ تَتَعبَّدوا بها؛
فإِن الأَوَّلَ لَمْ يَدع للآخِر مَقالا ؛ فاتَّقوا اللهَ يا مَعْشَر القرَّاء ،
خُذوا طَريقَ مَنْ كان قَبلكُم
[ رواه ابن بطة في : « الإبانة » ]
Hudhayfa ben Al Yamaan (radhee Allah 'anhuh) said:
Any act of worship that the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (salla Allah aleyhi we ala alihi sallem) did not worship Allah with it, do not do it, because, the First did not leave anything (to get closer to Allah) for the Last (to begin to invent act of worship), so fear Allah O my tribes, take the Path of those who preceded you (i.e. the Companions of the Prophet Mohammed (salla Allah aleyhi we sallem)). [Reported by Ibn Bata in Al Ibaana]
May Allah The Most High makes us that we match the Truth and that Allah The Most High accepts that modest answer done for His sake only, as a refutation for all the misguidances which oppose the Way of the Salafs Saalih, and also as an advice for Sohaib Saeed to come back to the way of the Righteous Predecessors (Salaf Saalih) after being exposed that what he follows is NOT the way of the Salafs saalih, and for those who astrayed or ignore the correct way, to then understand, inshaAllah, that this Knowledge is the Religion, so look from who you take your religion as Mohammed Ibn Sireen (rahimuhu Allah) said:
"Indeed, this Knowledge is Deen (religion), so look to the one you take your Deen from". (see in the introduction of Imam Muslim in his Saheeh).
